Grader 8 Locker Selection
Due to the power outage today Grade 8's will be selecting lockers starting at 1pm on Thursday September 3 in the cafeteria. Student can start arriving at 12pm to walk around the school and look for lockers they would would like to have - please pick three different number. Those students who arrive before 1pm in the cafeteria will be arranged in priority order based on the number on their student fee receipt. Those students who arrive after 1pm will join the line in the cafeteria at the end and no priority will be given. When students enter the line they should have at least three different locker number options. Students MUST have their fee receipt in order to pick a locker. We appreciate your patience in this matter.
Grade 9 Locker Selection

Student can start arrving at 8:30 am to walk around the school and look for lockers they would would like to have - please pick three different number. Student will enter a line in the cafeteria on a first come first serve basis. When students enter the line they should have at least three different locker number options. Students MUST have their fee receipt in order to pick a locker. We appreciate your patience in this matter. If grade 9's have not paid their fees they will not be able to pay for them on Wednesday. They must come on Thursday, September 3 between 1 and 2pm.
Course Change Requests
Please fill out the Google Doc if you wish to make a request to have your schedule reviewed by a counsellor. Please read and follow the directions on the Doc form. Starting the week before school starts the counsellors will be referring the google doc to address student schedule concerns. We will not be accepting phone calls or e-mails to the counsellors. This form is the only means of making a request. DO NOT SUBMIT DUPLICATE REQUESTS.
Counsellors will contact Students ONLY when the changes have been made and not before.
Changes to Students' timetables WILL NOT BE MADE for the following reasons:
* Change of an elective unless it meets one of the priority requirements below
* Specific teacher requests
* Retaking a course to attempt to achieve a higher mark.
The following circumstances will be given priority for changes:
* Date the form was submitted
* Graduation requirements
* Incomplete Timetables
* Courses required for post-secondary applications
Earlybird Lockers and Fees
Earlybird is an opportunity to come to the school, before it actually starts, and pay your current year fees and any outstanding fees and then pick a locker. Only those students who have paid all of their fees (you can opt out of or pay at a later date the yearbook fees if you wish) get to choose a locker at this time.
On August 26 you will be able to go onto Parent Connect or Student Connect and see what your fees are for this year and what outstanding fees, if any, you have. Below is the schedule for when students can come in. Please only come on your scheduled time. Seaquam ONLY accepts cash or cheque – no debit cards and no credit cards.
Grade 10 Wednesday, September 2 9-11:30am
Grade 11 Wednesday, September 2 1-3:30pm
Grade 12 Thursday, September 3 9-11:30 am
Catch-up Thursday, September 3 1:2:30pm
