All Grade 11 students are you interested in attending a Career and Post Secondary Fair @ the Vancouver Convention Centre on Friday December 11, to find out about future career in BC please see Ms. Carter in the Career Centre to sign up.

Dry Grad

DRY GRAD COMMITTEE PARENTS MEETING is this coming Wednesday, November 18  at 7pm in the school library. Please try to attend. We will be discussing volunteers for asian lunch, up coming fundraisers, Grad showcase and of course updating you on the Dry Grad.

“Purdys Chocolatier dry grad fundraiser is now in full swing  . Delivery is first week of December with pick up at Seaquam. Tell your friends, family, co-workers! Go to www.purdysgpp.com and after registering or login with your own account you will enter group number 17813 and be able to connect to Seaquam Dry Grad 2016. You will be able then be able to invite other people to order online within your account and shop online yourself. We also have paper copies of the fundraising brochure available from the office. If you want to pay by cash or cheque please have your child drop your order off in the RED BOX in the office marked DRY GRAD.  25% of the proceeds go to dry grad!  Any questions email Peter at petekari@telus.net

Safety in the Parking Lots

The school year has begun and safety of the all those coming to Seaquam (staff, parents and student) is very important to us. This is a reminder to parents and students that drops-off or pick-ups are NOT permitted in either of the parking lots between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm for safety reasons.  Please drop-off and pick-up, if necessary, on Lyon Rd. For student with special circumstances please contact the school office about alternate drop off procedures. 


Math Homework Helping Club

Need help understanding math? Are you having troubles completing assignments? 

DON’T WORRY!  Student tutors are available to help you understand and complete math homework questions in a friendly and comfortable atmosphere!

Grade 8 to 11 students needing help in math are encouraged to attend the math homework helping club and get extra support!

Please join us every Wednesday after school (3:00 pm to 4:30 pm) in Ms. Pugsley’s room (#2009)
