The Highway Of Tears where many Indigenous women and girls have gone missing or been found murdered is located between Prince George and Prince Rupert in BC. This problem started from 1970 and continues today. The first victim was Moody; she was last seen leaving a bar in Williams Lake on Oct. 25, 1969. She was found dead the next day. The RCMP have said that the killers may never be found.

Attention all Junior Badminton players!!  Tryouts for the girls will be tomorrow, Wednesday March 6th after school in the Big Gym from 3:00pm to 4:30pm. If any Grade 8’s, 9’s or 10’s missed the first tryout day, make sure you come to this week’s tryouts or you may lose your chance to make the team. If you have any questions or concerns, please talk to Mr. Plese in the PE office.


Grade 8 and 9 ultimate frisbee tryouts will be tomorrow, March 6 and Friday March 8 on the lower back field from 3:00-4:30pm.


This Thursday March 7, the Seaquam Music Department will be holding our Spring Music Concert! The concert begins at 7:00pm in the theatre and will feature our whole Music program: Concert Band, Jazz Band, Choir, and Wind Ensemble. Admission is free, donations are welcome to support the music program. We will have a concession stand of popcorn, chips, drinks, hot chocolate, and other snacks including a 50/50 raffle draw. Doors will open around 6:30 pm. We look forward to sharing our music with you!
