Attention to all Grade 11 Students – The Career & Hiring Fair is organized by the Delta School District in Partnership with the City of Delta and WorkBC. The goal of the event is to introduce grade 11 students to the many meaningful, well-paying and fulfilling careers available in and close to our community. The fair is free and open for grade 11 students on June 8, 2023. In addition to employers looking to hire, there will be post-secondary recruitment representatives to talk about Career Pathways. Students will need to bring lots of copies of their resumes and have practiced their interview skills, as some employers will be interviewing students at the event!

Today is our Music Monday Concert!  Music Monday is about celebrating music in Canada.  Everyone in Canada celebrates this day.  The concert begins at 7:00 pm tonight in the theatre and will feature the following ensembles:  Concert band, Choir, and Wind Ensemble.  In this concert, we welcome a guest band – the Delta Concert Band, who will be performing at the concert and will also do a collaboration with our Wind Ensemble, which is really exciting!  Admission is free, donations are welcome to support the music program.  We invite parents, family, and friends to take their seats as doors will open around 6:30 PM.  Hope to see you there!!
