Attention grads! If you have purchased your tickets to the Grad Banquet you may select your tables for the dinner/dance on TODAY 1:00-1:20 in the textiles room #2133. Only grads who have purchased their tickets will be permitted to sign up for their grad table.

Every year May 5, is known as The National Day of Awareness for Murdered and Missing Indigenous Women, Girls, and 2SLGBTQQIA+ Peoples . Additionally known as Red Dress Day – inspired by Métis Artist Jaime Black’s REDress Project, this day honours Indigenous People in Canada who have been victims of violent racialized crimes. Look for red dresses appearing around the school and city in honour of this day.

Looking to listen to some live music with some special guests? Well look no further! The 20th Anniversary of Music Monday is taking place on Monday, May 6th! Our Music Monday Concert is all about celebrating music all around Canada as it falls on the 1st Monday of May each year. We are so proud of this program that has continued to raise awareness of the importance of access to quality, inclusive music education in our schools and in our communities. The concert begins at 7:00pm in the theatre and will feature our bands and choir with two special guest ensembles. Admission is free, donations are welcome to support the music program. Doors will open around 6:30 pm. We look forward to sharing our music with you in this special event!

The Interact Club of Seaquam is having a book drive from April 29th to May 8th to support Vancouver Public Libraries. If you have any old books in good condition, you can drop off your books at the school library. All books except encyclopedias, magazines and textbooks are welcome. Thank you for your support!
