REGISTRATION FOR CATCHMENT STUDENTS ONLY

Documentation Required
The following documentation must be submitted at the time of registration. Applications will not be complete until all documentation is received. You must currently be living in the Seaquam catchment.
Proof of Residency
If you Own your home we require one of the following:
- a copy of your current year Property Tax Assessment OR
- a copy of your completed Purchase Agreement.
If you Rent your home we require the following:
- a copy of the complete Legal Rental Agreement AND
- a copy of one supporting document (with Renter’s Name and Address) Examples are:
- Current Bank Statement
- Current Credit Card Statement or Cell Phone Bill
- Current Income Tax Assessment
- Current Vehicle Ownership document
Proof of Citizenship or Status in Canada
Both the Student and at least one Parent must provide proof of citizenship or status in Canada (original Birth Certificate, Passport, NEXUS, Permanent Resident card, Immigration or Refugee documentation).
Report Card
A copy of the most recent Report Card or Transcript of Grades.
Parent Declaration
A parent/legal guardian declaration must be completed and signed. There must be 1 form completed for each child attending a Delta school. Simply click on the link below:
