Student Registration and Applications

Registrations and Applications will begin on Monday February 5, 2024 for the 2024-2025 school year.

Documentation Required

The following documentation must be submitted at the time of registration. Applications will not be complete until all documentation is received.  You must currently be living in the Seaquam catchment.

Proof of Residency

If you own your home we require one of the following:

  • a copy of your current year property tax assessment OR
  • a copy of your completed purchase agreement.

If you rent your home we require the following:

  • a copy of the legal rental agreement AND
  • a copy of a supporting utility document showing renter’s name and address
    • Bank Statement
    • Credit Card Statement or Cell Phone Bill
    • Income Tax Assessment
    • Vehicle Ownership document

Proof of Citizenship or Status in Canada

Both the Student and Parent must provide proof of citizenship or status in Canada (original Birth Certificate, Passport, NEXUS, Permanent Resident card, Immigration or Refugee documentation).

Report Card

A copy of the most recent Report Card or Transcript of Grades.

Parent Declaration

A parent/legal guardian must complete and sign the Parent Declaration for each child attending a Delta school.



If you are not living in the Seaquam Catchment or in the Delta School District please complete the following form that applies to where your are living.  You will ONLY be contacted if a spot becomes available.
