MyEd “Account Disabled” Recovery Request

If you have received notice on MyED that your account has been disabled, please complete this form and when it has been addressed a new password will be emailed to your @deltalearns.ca account.

To verify the identity of the person making the request, you will need to be logged in to your @deltalearns.ca account to complete this form.
